Progress Report > Package III - Elctrical Works
The Contract Package commencement date was February 14, 2003 in conjunction with the L/C coming in force. Down payment procedures were finalized and submitted to JBIC before the end of the Japanese fiscal year as requested by JBIC. The Contractual Mobilization Plan was submitted to the Engineer and Employer on February 28, 2003. Approval of the Mobilization Plan was received on March 18, 2003. Basic design criteria for communication system and traffic management have been submitted for approval on March 18, 2003. The Engineer has approved with comments on March 28 and 30, 2003 respectively. The following key personnel have mobilized to site: Project Manager, Project Administrator, Power Distribution Site Supervisiors, Cabling and lighting site supervisors and assistants.
