Summary
from Contractor
Project
Schedule passed 28 months and 02 months remained from
the reporting month. Completion percentage was 88% based
on the activities completion (including 75% of bridge
work and 13% of road, Toll Plaza work and general requirement
work).
Bored
piling: Total 218 nos of bored piles with different
diameter are required for foundation. 218 nos. of bored
piles completed and completion percentage of bored piling
is 100%.
Substructure:
2 abutments and 25 piers are required for Lang Co Bridge.
22 piers and 2 abutments completed up to cross head
such as P1, P5 to P25. Cast of Pier P4 and P2 up to
top of column were completed. Excavation for footing
of P3 was completed.
Superstructure:
Launching of span 26 to span 10 (total 17 spans) were
completed. Concrete of diaphragm of span above were
completed too. Concrete cast for Deck slab of those
spans was carrying out but have not completed yet.
Approach
Road: Granular backfill behind the abutment A1 and A2,
sub-grade layers completed. South approach road completed
the embankment.
Toll
plaza: Toll Plaza building were completed. Fence of
the building and toll gate were under construction.
Concrete cast for roof of toll gate was under construction.
Girder
Production: total 130 nos. of PCI girders were required
to produce. 1 place of girder production yard were under
operation only. Total 120 nos. of PCI girders completed
the production. Completion percentage of girder production
was 92.3%.
Construction

Bored
piling:
All
bored piling machines were demobilized as the
piling work was completed.
North
Abutment: 6 of 6 nos. of bored piles completed.
Pier
No.1: 4 of 4 nos. of bored piles was under construction.
However, one pile had problem during cast. Sonic Test
will be taken for final decision by the Engineer.
